I have downloaded Microsoft Office University. How do I install it?

Before installing Microsoft Office University:

  • You must download the software from your WebStore.
  • You must have your software Product Key.
  • Any previous versions of Microsoft Office that you have installed on your computer must be removed.
  • You must have at least 3.0 GB of free space on your computer's hard drive.

To install Microsoft Office University:

  1. Navigate to your download folder (by default: C:\Users\YourUsername\Downloads).
  2. Double-click the Microsoft Office University 2010 executable file to begin extraction of the files. The "Enter Your Product Key" window will appear.
  3. Type your Product Key into the appropriate field in the "Enter Your Product Key" window, and then click Continue.
  4. Read the Software License Agreement that is displayed, and then check the box next to I accept the terms of this agreement.
  5. Click Continue. The "Choose the installation you want" window will appear.
  6. Click Install Now to begin the installation process. The "Complete your Office experience" window will display once the installation is complete.
  7. Click Close to complete the installation process.
