The Microsoft Imagine WebStore administrator for your institution is responsible for all user accounts on the Microsoft Imagine WebStore and sets the expiry dates for all accounts. Reasons why a user account may expire may include changes in the student status, for example graduation or temporary leave such as a summer break.
To get assistance on the creation or expiry of your account:
Click the Help link at the top of the page.
At the bottom of the page, click the Contact Us link. The Request Customer Support Form is displayed.
Enter the required details for your problem or issue.
Click the Send button.
Once you submit the form, your program administrator will contact you.
