How do I submit proof of my eligibility after I register?

If you registered your account using the “Submit Proof” option, but you did not submit your proof of eligibility at that time, you can submit your proof at any time after you register.

To submit proof of your eligibility after you register:

  1. Sign in to your WebStore (if you are not signed in already).
  2. Click the arrow beside your username (top-right corner), and then click Your Account/Orders.
  3. Go to the Eligibility tab.
  4. Click the Request Additional Eligibility button.
  5. Select the option: By submitting proof of your academic affiliation (e.g. a student ID or report card) via upload or fax, and then click Next.
  6. Follow on-screen instructions and fill out any forms to which you are directed.

You will be given a choice between uploading a scanned image of your proof and sending your proof by fax.

If you choose to submit your proof by fax:

  1. Print a copy of your completed registration form to fax along with your proof. (Note that you must still submit this form electronically as well.)
  2. Send the fax to: 1-866-469-7512.

Important Notes:

  • Your proof must show your full name, a date indicating current enrollment/employment, and the name of your school.
  • Your proof must be in .GIF, .JPG, .BMP, PNG or .PDF format, and the file must be less than 2MB.
  • Please allow two business days for your proof to be verified after you submit it. You will receive email confirmation when this verification is complete. Orders for certain products may be placed on hold until this verification is complete.
