Cannot download from Microsoft Imagine

Recently, our users cannot list any of the Microsoft Imagine content and I couldn't activate the "Microsoft Imagine - Download - EMEA - Premium" catalog. How can I reactivate this catalog for our users?

And also, our catalog will expire in two months. How can we apply to extend the period?
