The elms system has upgraded our Store for the MSDNAA software. As always there is a minimum of support available, all just through e-mail (msdnaa@mccneb.edu.) Common issues are the ISO format that most files are downloaded in. This is an image of a CD or DVD and requires some kind of processing by your computer to work.

You must either:

  1. Use a software on your home computer like Roxio or Nero that takes the image of the CD or DVD and extract the files to CD/DVD media.
  2. Use a CD/DVD emulation software like MagicISO or Virtual CD. This software is available on the Internet for free and available for most Operation Systems. The virtual CD software must be download and installed and then the user "mounts" the ISO file which simulates inserting a CD/DVD in your local CD-ROM drive. Usually you can do that by right-clicking on the ISO file after you've installed the software.

For all other problems e-mail (THERE IS NO PHONE SUPPORT) msdnaa@mccneb.edu giving them the specific problem and screen captures if possible. Do not wait until the last minute as this is a voluntary team and depending on the time of year it may take a day or two for them to respond.
