Once you have registered an account on the website, your account is initially set to “pending verification” regardless of the type of registration you selected (i.e. email domain, submit proof, etc).
Important: You may still be allowed to place a software order while your account is pending verification; however, you will not have access to any software that you order until the verification has been finalized. Failing to provide/submit proof within 7 business days will result in the cancelation of your software order. See Why did my account expire? for more information.
To verify your account, you must either have an institution issued email address or submit proof that you are a student using email or fax.
For an institution issued email address: A registration email was sent to the email address you provided which includes a verification link that enables you to complete the verification process.
To verify your account, click on the link in the email and follow the instructions. If you did not receive the email, ensure the email address noreply@kivuto.com is on your white list and check your junk email folder.
For submit proof:
Ensure that your proof includes the following details:

Your name
-
Date of current enrollment
