How do I register by submitting proof of my affiliation with my institution?

To register on this website by submitting proof of your affiliation:

  1. In the top right corner of the page, click the Sign In link.
  2. Click the Register link on the Sign In page.
  3. Select the “I will submit proof of my academic affiliation (e.g. student ID or report card) via upload or fax” option.
  4. Follow the prompts though the registration process.
  5. If you are going to fax your proof, print off the registration form.

Ordering certain products may be restricted to specific user groups (e.g. Students, Faculty, etc). This is a requirement by the software manufacturer and involves specific distribution agreements between either Kivuto Solutions and the manufacturer or your institution and the manufacturer.

During the registration process, you will be asked to submit proof of eligibility (e.g. Student/Staff/Faculty ID card) via file upload or fax.

To fax your proof:

  • Send a fax of your proof to 1-866-469-7512. Ensure that your fax includes the registration form with your information on it.
  • Your proof must contain: your full name, name of the school and a date indicating current enrollment or employment at the institution. If any of this information is missing, your registration approval will be delayed.

Once your proof has been verified, you will receive an email confirming your verified status. This may take 1-2 business days due to the manual verification process.
