Minitab 15: Trial Expired

This message may appear if you have previously installed Minitab 15 on your machine, and you are attempting to install a new license. You will first need to uninstall the Minitab 15 program (including Minitab 15 30-Day Trial, etc.) from your machine before you can install the new Minitab 15 license.

To successfully install the new license for Minitab 15.

  • Remove any previously installed Minitab programs
  • Delete any remaining files

To remove any previously installed Minitab 15 programs:

  1. Open the Control Panel and go to 'Add/Remove Programs'.
  2. Find Minitab 15 and click Change/Remove.
  3. Once the uninstallation has finished, re-boot your computer.
  4. After the reboot, ensure that the files have been removed by checking to see if Minitab still appears in the list in the Add/Remove Programs window. Repeat steps 1-3 if the program still appears.

To delete any remaining files:

  1. Delete all previously downloaded Delivery Client executable files (purple icon with a lightning bolt in it).
  2. Delete all Minitab files found in the C:\Temp or C:\Program Files folders.
